[REQUEST] read/write ifcJSON #391

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We currently read only SPF serializations of IFC. We can try for ifcJSON (https://github.com/buildingSMART/ifcJSON).

Describe the solution you'd like Expand the generator procedures accordingly.
