[REQUEST] New unit test: BSplineCurveWithKnots #404

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. IfcBSplineCurveWithKnots does not have a unit test yet.

Describe the solution you'd like See attached file (change file ending to .ifc from .txt). Produce a new unit test.
