Describe the bug Link to OSGeo4W Installer is wrong.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open "Setting up and Compiling TUM Open Infra Platform"
  2. Find PROJ section
  3. Open Download OSGeo4W Installer link

Expected behavior Link should lead to the OSGeo4W Installer
