Describe the bug In "Setting up and Compiling TUM Open Infra Platform" (SetupHelp.md), the link to CMake 3.20.5 leads to 404 Not Found.

Additional context I picked the mentiond version from the link https://cmake.org/files/v3.20/ Maybe, a link to the newes version could be another alternative?
