[BUG] E57 file format is not supported, OIP shows nothing #504

Describe the bug E57 is not supported by OIP, thus nothing is shown in OIP viewer.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

In CMAKE select OIP_WITH_POINT_CLOUD_PROCESSING and generate solution anew
Build OpenInfraPlatform.PointCloudProcessing
Start OIP
Open .e57 file
See error

Expected behavior OIP should support .e57 files
