Added Danish maps

• token from official demo, perhaps we can use it as well.

I have made some changes:

1. Do not use the sample token. Rather make the maps templates and let the users add their own tokens.
2. Use WMTS instead of WMS (WMTS is always preferable as the servers are much faster)
