Heart rate tab missing if segment has no heart rate #489

The heart rate tab goes missing if one segment has no heart rate points.

Attached a simple gpx sample with 3 segments, where the 2nd segment has no HR points: 3-seg.gpx.txt

Deleting the 2nd segment makes the heart rate tab show up.
