Sorry for a late response on this, I agree the format you're suggesting is much easier to read.

Right now this plugin uses cRonstrue library for cron string parsing. Github website uses a different parser - prettycron.

I would either need to influence the cRonstrue upstream parser to change their output or change the parser library to prettycron in this plugin. I'm inclined to adding prettycron as an alternative, opt-in option for now... I'll investigate what can be done about that.
