Support doubles format registration etc.

Current workaround is to create a player with both player names. It works for scorekeeping, but fails on every other aspect. Checking licenses, payments etc whatnot is manual work.

PDGA API and enforcing pro/status/license creates an issue for this.

This needs to be created in a generic way that "a double" is considered a "team of 2", so we can handle team events as well "team of X".
