[endless google] feture request: act more like google continuous scroll #36

Hi,

first of all, thanks for bringing out this grate user script even in a year where google hasnt done it on its own, i only found out about it after google build in its own continuousscroll option and afterwards removed it again ;(

your script is a good substitution for it, but there are a few issues:

one thing is that there is always still this page switching buttons with the google logo, i would like if you just could remove all of them within the continuous page except the last one at the end of the page.

Also i get forced to solve CAPTCHAs much more often with your addon enabled, maybe there is a way in loading more results the same way google did it on its own and thereby don't get in goolges counter for that, unfortunately now that google removed that feature again there is no way of recording a HAR or finding out in another way how google did it but maybe somebody knows or has recorded a HAR or sth else of the old behavior.
