Cannot create / edit / enable / disable / remove / import rules after Firefox Update 71.0-1 #108

Expected behavior

Open configuration page
e.g. disable existing rule (any action which changes a rule is affected)
Configuration page "confirms" change by changing the button to "enable"
Surf the web with the rule above disabled
Reopen configuration page and confirm rule is still disabled

Actual behavior

Rule is still active, configuration page confirms this after a simple reload

Steps to reproduce the problem

Follow the steps above on a Firefox profile updated to version 71.0-1 where Request Control was installed (and configured) before the update.

Additional Info

WARNING: Restore to defaults keeps working, if you want to keep your current configuration running while this bug is present, to not try this on your main profile.
If I try to import my old configuration, the developer console shows the error below. This error is not shown when I try something else like editing a rule.

System Information

Debian Unstable (Bullseye/Sid)
Mozilla Firefox 71.0-1 from Debian Unstable

Okay, it seems to be an Debian specific issue as a upgrade to the Debian internal version 71.0-2 resolved this issue
