Whitelisting URL parameters `sid` and `path-prefix` #165

Only two commits this time, which should be self-explanatory.

To be exact, parameter sid is no longer blacklisted. Every time I found it when browsing the web personally, instead of removing tracking parameters, blocked some random service like an online payment.

The experience will be wildly different for everybody (we all browse a tiny subset of all the internet sites) but I think blacklisting that parameter was more trouble than it was worth.
