Dump file is empty. #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Label.txt and Branches.txt
2. Execute the cc2svn.py

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am expecting a dump file which I can use to Load in SVN but this dump files 
doesn't have any details

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
cc2svn.1.0.2  on Linux on Python 2.6.5

Please provide any additional information below.

Pls check the attachment for more details. I have given the output of dump file 
and the detailed execution logs.

Chances are the cchistory.txt is empty and you have answered y (Enter) to the 
prompt - "Use this file?". Answer 'n' or delete the cchistory.txt from 
directory and try again.
