What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run tool on a whole vob, look at svn dump file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The lost+found directory should be excluded from the import, but I see entries 
for it in the svn dump file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest from SVN (r9) running on Linux RHEL4

Please provide any additional information below.

Maybe this should be optional behavior, but I doubt there is ever anything of 
value in there.
