Crash when adding a specific file to the playlist as the next song #78

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Audirvana and iTunes. Clear the Audirvana playlist if not already empty.
2. By dragging from iTunes, add ~10-15 random songs to the Audirvana playlist.
Start playing one of them.
3. By dragging from iTunes, add the attached file (audio file with 2 seconds of
silence, "Silence 2s.wav") to the Audirvana playlist AFTER the currently
playing song.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: The new audio file is added to the playlist.
Instead: (about 50% of the time, and I can't figure out what I am doing
differently when I test it, but it only seems to happen when adding this
specific file, which it normally can play just fine) Audirvana stops playing
audio, hangs for about 2 seconds, and then crashes. Crash report attached.
Audio file also attached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Audirvana version 0.9e (0.9.4)
MacOS version 10.6.8
