cc(CERN CentOS)镜像失去同步

TUNA mirrors的cc镜像失去同步，TUNA mirrors的同步状态页面显示Last Successful Sync是Never，使用TUNA的cc镜像进行yum update时缺少大量的更新。

期望的现象（What you expected to happen）

TUNA mirrors的cc镜像与上游恢复同步。

根据 https://cern.service-now.com/service-portal?id=outage&n=OTG0145248 的公告，也考虑到我们从未完整成功镜像过 CC，我们将会在 6/30 后移除 CC 镜像。
