Nix installation will not add TUNA as nix channel.

发生了什么（What happened）

When install nix using TUNA as mentioned in help page, will get the error:

warning: error: unable to download 'https://releases.nixos.org/nixpkgs/nixpkgs-24.05pre572585.921fb3319c2a/nixexprs.tar.xz': HTTP error 200 (curl error: Timeout was reached); retrying in 255 ms

期望的现象（What you expected to happen）

Add TUNA as nix channel instead of releases.nixos.org.

Multi user installation as mentioned in help page:

sh <(curl https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/nix/latest/install) --daemon

install 脚本是原样镜像的上游，所以直接执行确实会出现您所说的现象。该问题可能需要进一步改进文档。
