feat: implement thesis-type option for bachelor proposals #914

（至少对本科生而言）开题报告和毕业论文使用同一格式，是否可以考虑添加一个main-title配置项，使得可以直接编译开题报告封面

我感觉 main-title 的名称不太合适，因为这个一般指的“主标题”是跟“副标题”（subtitle）对应的。

之前已经有了 thesis-type = thesis/proposal 的方法来控制是否为开题报告（研究生版），如果没有问题的话，本科生也用这个控制吧。

至少据我拿到的.docx模板，事实上本科生的开题报告只需要在封面“综合论文训练”后添加“开题报告”，去掉授权说明和声明即可，已经改为使用thesis-type的逻辑，并在文档中添加了相应说明。
