Back arrow icon not rendering (Droid Turbo, Android 5.1) #12

Titles and back arrows display fine under ember serve, but when I build an APK and load it onto my phone (Droid Turbo, Android 5.1), all page titles look like the shots below. It looks like the back icon is being replaced with the raw text from app/pods/components/nav-bar/template.hbs:
