WIP: Bootstrapping script #27

This branch is NOT ready for merging into master yet

Some work on the bootstrapping system has already been incorporated into master, but dev work on it will go here.

The goal is to create a script (probably supplemented with an ansible role) such that all you have to do to deploy on a system (only Debian-like, for now) is run it. If put in e.g. rc.local so that it runs at boot, it should pull down and apply the latest provisioning instructions each time.

You're right. I'd meant to PR a different branch, so I'll close this one and create a new PR for the other branch later (and get rid of the old branch).
