This commit squashes together a large set of commits that implement some major changes. Most notably, these include:

Captive web portal (when the portal roles is enabled (default on cubietruck))
Ability to use environment vars to control the repo/branch used for provisioning
Custom profiles for cubietruck and other configs, and an optional file for local overrides
Lots of other stuff (bug fixes, etc)

You can test the updates by following the instructions in the Setup document on the wiki.
