Feat: Winguapps wifi integration

Change Log

• Added a webhook /winguapps that expects a post request with the following query parameters:
  • email: user's email
  • phone: user's phone number
  • token: unique string representing a user from winguapps
  • apiKey: key to ensure request is coming from winguapps
• /winguapps returns a redirect URL with a pre-authorization token added as a URL query param
• Added an auth endpoint /token that authenticates user using the pre-auth token
• Added custom ember-simple-auth authenticator in frontend
• Added socket event listeners and handlers that check for H5P chapter completion event and notifies user with redirect URL back to winguapps portal
