Mini-sized update window for updating your status with Witty in the tray. #267

I think adding a small, tray-attached window for updating your status without 
having to restore Witty would help a lot. When a user clicks "Update" in the 
icon's context menu (Feature described in issue #266 (will be added after 
creation)), the update window, appearing just the same as the "Update" pane 
in the main window, will slide into view. Then, after writing the update and 
clicking "Send", Witty will submit the tweet and slide the window back into 
the tray.
