Remember window size/position on close #288

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open witty.
2. Position and resize the window to the way you want it.
3. Close witty.
4. Repeat.

Using Witty 2.3.5.29292.

It would be nice if Witty would remember the last size/position it was in.

Combined with the inability to "tile" the window (#300) and the limited ability 
to 
resize the window (#301), this is really annoying. After I log in, the first 
thing I 
must do, every time, is fiddle with Witty to put it someplace sensible.
