Community links should include gerrit #33

This page should include a link to review.opencontrail.org .

I know everyone is eventually migrating to GitHub, but as long as there is something on Gerrit, it should be mentioned on that page. This page is also the perfect location to describe where to contribute to different parts of the project (github vs gerrit). There is a lot of contradictory information out there during this transition. This page is exactly where I would expect to find such information.
