Remove "cheat" plants from Agricraft #206

If it's possible to make them only able to grow in certain biomes, that would work, too.

I'm going to change my mind on these again. We've made them a right nuisance to develop, and they don't produce all that much output. Not enough to really supply a large-scale output without a commensurate large-scale input of effort.
