Void Metal Tools not working with Reforging #95

What is the problem you're trying to solve with this change?

You can't reforge or add modifiers using void metal ingots on void metal tools/gear.

What do you propose as a solution?

Hopefully just a simple LOTR config edit to add it as the repair material for the void tools + armor.
