Describe the bug
When sending a request to validate a segment no reason is asked before sending.
Therefore the request's details and reason fields are left blank.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Select a segemnet you want to validate.
Click on validation icon
Go to channel where the requests will be posted
See missing reason
Expected behavior
Before sending a validation request the reason should asked and put in the request.
