based on the v2 of koa-better-body

use data-store or memory-cache #6
apply feross/standard #4
when https://github.com/tunnckoCore/ideas/issues/17 is done

Release will finally come on 12 June. Same for koa-better-body and koa-better-ratelimit. Actually all is almost ready locally, need only to push and lil' bit work. After that I'll release express-ip-filter as port of koa-ip-filter and ip-filter
