Ock - Streaming project scaffolder and generator

for just proof of concept.

i think it to be more CLI oriented (like khaos but streaming), than just gulpfile or verbfile or etc.

• tosck (it is only async) / got (b/c streams) or tosck with stream api as separate pkg
• gitclone (when https://github.com/tunnckoCore/gitclone/issues/5 rdy) for template repo downloading, like khaos
• package-clone (when it is ready, need tosck to be done) for template pkg downloading
• using tunnckoCore/glob-fs with git url in pkg.json for just proof of concept
• bcoe/yargs for the CLI
• jonschlinkert/data-store or + maybe data-store-cli? (use the package that wraps enquirer and such things + the cli, use base)
• prompt-for (for CLI) for initials and saving in global data-store (~/.ock?) (use enquirer when is more stable)

btw, working and dreaming and trying to do it from one year.. when verb was 0.2.0 or 0.3.0 and was POC.

im creating tosck, because i hate that bumps (i starting to think that they dont follow semver) from got and it going to be next request. and also want just good old async api separately + will try to pass as more as possible got/request tests
