change purpose #1

The name is cool for extracting archives, and it comes from unzip so.. Let's this be tool for extracting archives using plugins and etc. It can be based on new one - minicli (or arck?) which will be framework built on minibase to create programmatic APIs for CLI commands.

Orrr.. why not minibase-cli? Cuz really it would just add few sugar methods on minibase.

what about clibase?

as will have minibase-methods it make sense to have minibase-cli-methods

so

  1. minibase + minibase-cli-methods + more = clibase
  2. unzy - unziping
  3. arck - archives (alsmost same as unzy?)
