Based on our research Yellow Penguin Design recommends using Facebook Pages for C.S.S.O. Social media component. Facebook page features:

  1. A public environment that allows anyone to "Like" and see all the posts to the wall.
  2. Facebook Insights; a marketing tool that breaks down the dynamic of followers.
  3. Personalized URL make finding site easier and Is indexed by Google.
  4. It is not required to be logged into Facebook to view page
  5. You can post as an organization & message people as the organization.
  6. In the future Pages allows you to make targeted advertisements feature on Facebook
