Lock down Taxonomy #30

When entering a post, story, artifact or Media Type, the taxonomy needs to be locked down. Users should not be able to add their own, or misspell their own.

Interestingly enough, the Menu edit page displays them exactly how they should be displayed on the pages.

The check boxes should be the only option available for inputting items. If they have something else to add, they can use the custom tag mgr. But the taxonomy needs to be locked down.

I've changed things around a bit, please check on things and see if that is how you'd like it. From the images in dropbox, I've got it like you want it, but that is as it appears right now. It might not be exact, and there could be other issues, so, please review it.

Do note, that right now it only works for posts, stories, and artifacts. This is because that is what they are associated with in the ultimate taxonomy manager. If we were able to add the media library to it, or add a separate media type, then yes, we could do it for that as well. However, as things are currently, only posts, stories, and artifacts have it working.

In regards to inputting things.. Yes, the check boxes are there, however it is set so that editors can change them. As it stands now though, editors can delete, edit, and manage things, contributors can't. Contributors can assign them, but they can't do anything else.

WOW! This looks awesome!!! :D sweet. Yes A different level of permissions makes sense.
