As an Administrator, I should be able to link the youtube video to the University Image in the Header Page, so that student can view the video.
Acceptance Criteria: As an administrator, should be able to link youtube video of Wilmington University.
Test Scenario: Launch website and click on the University Image and a youtube video should appear.
