@cmndrsn The cohort flowchart is neat but does not seem to print in Quarto. This could be integrated either by allowing the final cohort flow chart to be rendered within 'dot' code section (native support for GraphViz, see https://quarto.org/docs/authoring/diagrams.html) or if you have another workaround for this. We can also write the graphics file and include it.
