Only send dirty fields on creation & Static fix to support aliases between mscrm & Microsoft.Dynamics.CRM #9

@tuomur this PR was opened by mistake, I tested the last part of the supported you added for aliases but it didn't work.

The other fix https://github.com/tuomur/python-odata/pull/9/commits/349abff91cdc5726bb29d3630fcb62f984262836 could be important, because when you have read-only variables, sending NULLs will break out the request.
