Typescript migration #13

Migrate the codebase to typescript from ES6. Use the latest TS and tslint.

Hi, no problem at all. It would be great to finally migrate this project to the latest version of Typescript. Be sure to check updates of other dependencies, to keep compatibility between used libraries.
