Prominent easy fix

I wasn't able to use this workflow until I found issue #15. Glad I can use it now. Very helpful now. These instructions should serve as a temporary fix and hopefully someone with more workflow packaging knowledge can get this directory created automatically upon .workflow load.

15 was fixed¹ so I think I'd rather not make this change. The alfred-python library handles choosing these cache directories a lot better now; I think this should no longer be an issue. Let me know if you're still having problems.
