Support Soroban Domains for maintainers' addresses #57

We need to be able to enter Soroban Domains instead of addresses in all fields accepting addresses basically.

I am actually not entirely sure that it's a good idea because domains can be sold. So this open's up the door to maintainers selling their addresses or just forgetting to renew a domain, hence it's a security risk. Closing for now based on that.
