Integrate with xlm.sh #70

https://xlm.sh provides a way to easily load a website from IPFS. This would allow us to have a verifiable deployment for the dApp. The only thing to watch out is how exactly the xlm service works and how trustful it is (DNS confusion, etc.)

There is a workflow to deploy on IPFS, then I need to manually update the CID on-chain. I also wrote a post about this https://tansu.dev/blog/ipfs
