Last #hashtag suppressed when editing post #10

Hi,

First of all, thank you for the good job ; the app is nice and so usefull :+1:

Then, I just want to share a little bug, nothing serious, but that is systematic (at least in my case) : when I edit my last post to add some hashtags, the last is systematically erased when I update. For example, I add three hastags like #foodporn #ilovemuffins #cat ... in only have #foodporn #ilovemuffins in my updated post :D

In fact, I always add a hashtag #hastalavista at the end ;') to get around the problem but it's to warn you.
