Enhanced scrolling #19

Now the scrolling is on the right zone of the screen but we don't know
exactly where.
Please make a separation line.
You could also support multitouch scroll using 2 fingers (see remotedroid,
it's acting like a mac pad).

Please, add option to the configuration menu. ;) I like current state.

I really would like to see a multitouch scroll. I think that this is the only 
missing feature to make this a perfect app!
