Code Reorganization for InvenioRDM Terraform Setup

Description:
We need to reorganize the current Terraform codebase to make it modular and easier to manage. This task will require a full review of the existing code structure, ensuring it follows Terraform best practices for AWS ECS deployments.

Tasks:

• Review the current directory structure.
• Reorganize files into a modular format (e.g., separating VPC, ECS, RDS, etc.).
• Ensure Terraform code is DRY (Don’t Repeat Yourself) and utilizes reusable modules where applicable.
• Validate that after reorganization, the current deployment flow works as expected.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Terraform codebase is clean, modular, and adheres to best practices.
• No loss of functionality post-reorganization.

Remove ECS MinIO and PgAdmin Service Components

Description:
We no longer require the ECS MinIO and PgAdmin services for our setup. These Terraform files should be removed, and any related configurations or resources should be cleaned up.

Tasks:

• Remove the following Terraform files: ecs-minio-service.tf, ecs-pgadmin-service.tf.
• Ensure any resource dependencies related to these services are also cleaned up (IAM roles, policies, security groups, etc.).
• Confirm that the removal does not break any other parts of the infrastructure.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Terraform files and configurations for MinIO and PgAdmin are removed.
• No dependency errors or broken infrastructure after the cleanup.
