We would like to create a TEI schema customization using the Roma tool.

Other TEI Customization Tools: There are other TEI customization tools available, such as Oxygen XML Editor.

Additional context

The customization of the TEI schema is crucial for our project as it enables us to represent our data accurately and apply project-specific annotations and constraints.

[ ] You need to set the repo as the following file structure:

  - tei_turath.odd (Main ODD file. Check if it has to be a Customization ODD or a compiled ODD file)
  - tei_turath.rng
  - readme.md
  - docs/
    - tei_turath.html (This file will be puslished using Git Pages)

[ ] Review the teiHeader element. Reference https://github.com/turath-project/turath-tei/blob/0e5ffefc805890dced01c59332e4382c29a2c439/tei_turath.odd#L2
[ ] Generate the .rng and .html files. You can use Roma or TEIGarage. Make in mind that we will add a Github action later on to auto generate the files when we change the ODD file.
[ ] Rewrite the readme.md. Check openITI repo for insights.

Use this branch for your changes. If you want to start from a new branch, you may create your own from the main branch. Once you finished your changes create a PR to merge the branch. I will review it and add feedback similar to this one. Once we have a good first draft we will merge it and release it. The first draft should at least accommodate the chronicle books in terms of page layout.
