Resolved conflicts between ESLint and Prettier / duplicates.
Had redundant / conflicting rules established. Updated to be inline with more industry standards from Shadcn libraries.
Note: there are several linting rules that I added back in so that we can pass linting, but we really should go through them and fix. All denoted with TODO comment.
