Feat: Add OpenAI Integration

This pull request introduces a new integration with the OpenAI API using a custom React Hook and component. Users can generate AI responses directly from their browser by providing their OpenAI API key and a prompt. The integration accepts the API key either as an environment variable OPENAI_API_KEY or through user input as an argument to the generateAIResponse function from the useOpenAIPrompt hook.
