Feat: Add integration starter template #91

This PR adds the Starter TurboETH Integration template, a blueprint for creating new integrations in TurboETH. The template is intended to help contributors quickly develop and add new integrations to the system.

Changes:

  1. Added a new integration folder template under /integrations/starter, providing a pattern for setting up new integrations.
  2. Included a new integration page at /app/(general)/integration/starter, offering a baseline for integration-specific pages.
  3. Included in the starter integration's README are detailed instructions on creating a new integration. This content can be further refined and eventually migrated to the TurboETH documentation.
