Sample scene crashes Unity #11

I installed the TButt asset. Then downloaded and added SteamVR v1.2.3 asset I enabled the module in TButt Core settings. Open the sample scene, hit play and Unity Crashes.

This happens every time. Unity version 2018.3.f14 I have a Vive with SteamVR running. Windows 10. Any ideas?

Can you share your editor log file? It's working in 2018.3 and 2019.1 for me.
