[TRB-43699]: Automation test to verify cluster role generation when installing via kubeturbo operator

Implementation automation test for TRB-42315 to check if the cluster role will be generated correctly.

• Add a test to install kubeturbo in testns3 via operator with cluster role as turbo-cluster-reader
• Add a test to install another kubeturbo in testns4 via operator with cluster role as turbo-cluster-reader

The test is supposed to pass when using operator image version 8.9.5+
