Con la visuale interna dei pickup la camera di chi specta vaga per il mondo.

The tag camera#positionSmoothingParameter , forced to 0, makes huge problem at Spectator Mode mod. Only pickup1978.xml and pickup2014.xml across every other vehicles have this attribute.
